  • “Jasmine Loney was a very gentle facilitator.  She was organized and able to lead us to understanding forgiveness with great competency.   She led us in meditations during the session that were filled with peaceful passages.  It was a group of people that I did not know but yet I felt very secure and safe speaking about my pain and suffering with the group.  From the start I did not understand how forgiving others would benefit me.  I really pushed back on that.  It was hard for me to come to that consensus. By the end of our session, I was able to see that letting go of my hatred, resentment and pain was a true gift to myself! With Jasmine’s lessons I was able to let go of those feelings and actually found comfort in doing so.  

    The 3-hour session was a good start.  I would continue to work on the topic and listen to the meditations again and again.    There is so much to peel away.  Jasmine’s calm voice and meditations worked very well with all of the participants.    Sometimes in workshops it is difficult to take notes fast enough to cover some important items.  Jasmine followed up with us, sending us the quotes that we asked about, as she promised.
