Mindfulness Meditation
“When we are no longer able to change a situation…we are challenged to change ourselves.” Viktor E. Frankl
Mindfulness Meditation offers the opportunity to practice being present in the moment, to be present without judgement. We learn to ‘stay’ whether what arises is pleasant, neutral, or unpleasant.
With practice, we learn to embrace ourselves as we are and eventually bring this awareness to our day to day lived experiences.
As Brené Brown says “It is in the process of embracing our imperfections that we find our truest gifts: courage, compassion and connection...”
I offer several options for learning about meditation, establishing a meditation practice and supporting your practice through drop-ins, classes and retreats so that you might remember your ‘truest gifts’.
